Duties regarding International Orders
The new UK VAT laws coming into force on January 1, 2021 will apply to the sale of goods from non-EU merchants to UK customers. Leen Customs only charges for shipping fee and is not responsible for additional fees that may be collected by UK which includes duties and extra fees still owed on the product imported to the country. This applies to all international orders going all over the world, it is your responsibility to check what duty fees will be collected by your country on all goods being shipped from the USA. Prices on Leen Customs web-store are in effect until they are removed from the page unless otherwise noted. Clearance items have limited quantities and may no longer be available. In regards to all payments, our catalog prices are in U.S. currency. You may use American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, PayPal. Email us if you are interested in paying in another format.
I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange for a new color/product?
We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.
Purchase for Personal Use Only
Buyers may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
THE USE OF ANY ROBOT, SPIDER, OR OTHER AUTOMATIC DEVICE OR SOFTWARE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. IN THE EVENT WE REASONABLY DETERMINE THAT ANY ORDER OR ATTEMPTED ORDER WAS MADE BY OR THROUGH USE OF ANY ROBOT OR OTHER AUTOMATIC DEVICE OR SOFTWARE, WE HAVE THE RIGHT, IN OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO DENY OR CANCEL ANY SUCH ORDER, TO REFUSE TO ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR OFFER REFUNDS, AND/OR TO CHARGE RESTOCKING FEES.
BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES AGAINST LEEN CUSTOMS IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE “Arbitration; Class Action Waiver; Jury Trial Waiver; Enforcement of Terms and Conditions; Governing Law” SECTION BELOW AND YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO ACT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Modifications to These Terms and Conditions
Leen Customs reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions simply by posting such addition, change, update, or modification on the Services. Any such change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Services. We suggest that you check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.
RESTOCKING FEE
If you decide to cancel your item and it is eligible for a refund a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the total due amount. If Shopify alerts us that your order is fraudulent we will cancel the order minus the restocking fee of 20%. If you placed an order and received free shipping but returned an item and you no longer qualify for the free shipping, you, the buyer, are responsible for paying the original cost of shipping and the return shipping cost.
In regards to all promotions, discounts are applied to the lowest-priced item. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers. Discounts do not apply to taxes and gift cards. Promotion is valid for a single purchase.
Free shipping promotions are applicable to ground orders only in the continental US. Overweight, oversized and hazardous item charges still apply.
