I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange for a new color/product?
We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.

Can I track my order?
All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the USPS or UPS tracking number. To track your package, go to the link that was emailed, enter your tracking number, and press the "track" button to get shipment details. All purchases are insurance on your order with the shipping carrier.

I purchased different pins with multiple transactions, Can I get the shipping cost refunded? 
Unfortunately, no. Shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE when you make a purchase from our website. to avoid this, make sure you only make one bulk order. Multiple orders made will be combined and sent as Priority Mail. 


When will I receive my order?
Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.

I used a wrong address, can I contact you directly with any questions?
Please email leencustoms@gmail.com with any questions regarding your order. We will try our best to reply to your question(s) within 24-48 hours.

I've added an item to the my cart, but somehow it is already sold out.
Products on our site are sold on a first come, first serve basis. While you are in the process of checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item. 

Why does my billing and shipping address have to match?
We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.

I received my order but the backing card is bent or damaged, can you send a new one?
We design our packaging to protect the pins from damage. We encourage you to take your Pin out of the backing card to enjoy them! Even if you choose to keep your pins with the backing card, we are not able to replace packaging.


I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?
Yes we ship worldwide.

Do you re-stock your inventory?
On occasion we will re-stock open edition items only. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.

Do you sell wholesale?
We do not sell wholesale.
